This treks gives the opportunity to swim along cliffs and sheltered called “calanques” locally. Hiking is excellent along the trek with lots of opportunity to explore, climb and enjoys views from atop. Seabed is fairly bland mainly constituted of sand, pebbles and rocks. Marine life is sparse consisting mainly of small fishes which can be found in large schools however. Visibility in water is about 20 meters, enough to see the seabed most of the course. High winds up to 100 km/h are frequent in the area, when this happens for a couple of days in a row, the water temperature drops dramatically 4-5C or more.
